Terms and Conditions
Advance reservation required. Riva Experience by Luxury Collection experiences are available from 1 April 2014 until 31 October 2014, Mondays through Saturdays. The Acquariva boat may host a maximum of 7 people including the boat driver. Prepayment of Riva Experience by Luxury Collection experiences is required 7 days in advance of the reservation. No penalty will be charged for cancellations received 24 hours prior to the reservation. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the reservation will be subject to 100% penalty. In case of bad weather excursions may be cancelled without penalty and rescheduled for the following day subject to availability of the Acquariva boat. Riva Experience by Luxury Collection experiences do not include itineraries down the Grand Canal.
